Psychometric Assessments 101

Tara is a HR Consultant that has over 8 years' experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. She has previously worked for large organisations from industries including financial regulation, investment banking and legal services. Tara previously spent 6.5 years working in London, before returning to Australia in mid-2018. Tara is currently the HR Consultant – Graduate Programs at global law firm, Ashurst. In this role Tara manages both clerkship and graduate recruitment as well as the respective programs for the Melbourne office. She is an avid traveller (pre-Covid) and loves cooking.
Trent Shorten
Learning and Development Consultant @Ashurst
Trent is an established HR Generalist with 7 years' experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. He has previously worked for large organisations from industries including government, entertainment and legal services. Most recently, Trent has worked internationally at leading global law firms in the graduate recruitment space. Trent is currently a Learning & Development Consultant with global law firm, Ashurst. In this role Trent manages both clerkship and graduate learning for APAC, as well as other junior lawyer programmes. He has a strong passion for travel, soccer, snowboarding and grad recruitment!
